SHIPPING

We deliver throughout Spain, including the Balearic and Canary Islands. Shipping is free for orders over €49. For orders under €49, shipping costs are €3.50 within the mainland.

Shipping to the Balearic Islands is free for orders over €75. For orders under €75, shipping costs are €7.90.

Shipping to the Canary Islands is free for orders over €75. For orders under €75, shipping costs are €10.50.

Shipping to Portugal is free for orders over €75. For orders under €75, shipping costs are €7.90.

We also ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, and Switzerland. Shipping is free for orders over €100. For orders under €100, shipping costs are €10.50.

DELIVERY TIMES

We commit to processing received orders within 48 hours, and the courier will deliver them within 24 to 72 hours after preparation within mainland Spain. Exceptions apply:

• During new product launches, stock replenishments, and promotions, preparation times may be affected, taking 7 to 10 business days.
• During Black Friday, preparation and delivery times may be affected, taking 2 to 3 weeks.
