Vegan
Our formulas are 100% vegan and do not contain any ingredients from or generated by animals.

Cruelty Free
Our cosmetics are completely animal-friendly and no animals have been used in any part of the process to verify their effectiveness or safety. We use other effective and respectful practices to ensure the stability, effectiveness and safety of our products.

Hypoallergenic fragrance
The fragrance of our products is hypoallergenic, this means that it is free of allergens so they are suitable for sensitive skin.

No drying alcohols
Our formulas do not contain drying alcohols, all short chain alcohols, such as Alcohol Denat, Ethyl Alcohol or Isopropyl Alcohol.

The alcohols that our products may contain are fatty alcohols, those that contain lipids and act as emulsifiers. In the INCI they appear as Cetyl Alcohol, Cetearyl Alcohol or Strearyl Alcohol.

No essential oils

Our products do not contain essential oils derived from plants as they can be problematic for the skin and irritate or sensitize it.

In our formulas you will find botanical ingredients such as vegetable oils and vegetable butters with multiple benefits for the skin.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING

We ship to all of Spain, including the Balearic Islands and the Canary Islands. Shipping is free on orders over €65. In the case of orders less than €65, shipping costs will be €4.5 in the Peninsula.

Shipments to the Balearic Islands and Canary Islands will be free from €100. For orders less than €100, shipping costs will be €7.5 for the Balearic Islands and €10.50 for the Canary Islands.

We also ship to Germany, Austria, Belgium, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, San Marino. Shipping is free on orders over €150. In the case of orders less than €150, shipping costs will be €12.50.

DELIVERY TIMES

After placing your order, we process it internally within a maximum period of 72 hours and the transport company delivers it to you within 48/72 hours within the Peninsula.

During promotion periods, shipments may be delayed.

RETURNS

If you want to return an order, we accept returns subject to the following conditions:

• The products must be returned in their original condition, in their original packaging, unused.

• Returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the purchase.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
